Terms of service

Tally AI is a subscription service for measuring and recording lumber tallies. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Trial and billing

New accounts get 30 days of unlimited use at no charge. After the trial, the service costs $99 per user per month, billed monthly by card. There are no minimum terms, discounts, or long-term contracts. You can cancel or suspend at any time; billing stops at the end of the current month.

Licenses and devices

Each user is one license. A license may be active on one mobile device at a time. Moving to a new device deactivates the previous one.

Your data

Tallies, photos, and exports you create belong to you. You can export them at any time. If your subscription lapses or you suspend the account, your data remains readable and exportable and is not deleted. We may delete data from accounts closed for more than 12 months after notice to the account email.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only for your own business. Don't attempt to access other tenants' data or to disrupt the service.

Measurements

Measurements are aids to tallying and are reviewed and approved by your own staff. Tally AI is not responsible for commercial decisions made from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to the account email at least 30 days ahead.
